Half-back, Albert Kelly will make his first
appearance for Hull FC on Sunday against
former club Hull KR.
The former Cronulla and Gold Coast player was
suspended by Rovers after returning late from
a trip back home to Australia and subsequently
became a free agent when the club were
relegated from Betfred Super League.
The 25-year-old was picked up by the Robins'
arch rivals in the close season and will face an
early reunion with some of his old team-mates
when he plays in the friendly pre-season derby
at the KCOM Stadium.
"There are always two sides to every story with
regards to why a player leaves," said Hull
coach, Lee Radford.
"I don't know whether he's got a point to prove
to Hull KR but I think he's got a point to prove to
us. Obviously he wants to put his best foot
forward for us. I don't think he'll be too worried
about what's happening across the river.
